Yahoo! has a very interesting history. It started out as "Jerry's Guide to the World Wide Web".

In a few months it was then renamed to Yahoo!

By the end of 1994, Yahoo! had already received one million hits.

Creators realized their website had massive business potential, and by March 2, 1995, Yahoo! was incorporated.
